Nivel de aclimatizare foarte bun pentru Horia

Horia Colibășanu a sosit în tabăra de bază de pe traseul spre Everest și a început aclimatizarea într-o stare foarte bună. Deși în primele ore de la sosire a avut ușoare dureri de cap, pentru că a urcat foarte repede 1000 de metri în altitudine, a doua zi starea sa de sănătate a fost foarte bună. Câțiva prieteni americani i-au oferit posibilitatea să își testeze nivelul de oxigen din sânge, iar rezultatele au fost surprinzătoare în comparație cu ale celorlați.

“O echipă de americani din tabăra de bază mi-a oferit posibilitatea să îmi testez nivelul de oxigen din sânge, pentru a vedea care este stadiul procesului de aclimatizare. Primii testați au avut un rezultat de sub 60 la sută, șerpa însoțitor a avut 79 la sută, eu am avut 85 la sută. O veste foarte bună pentru mine. Mă simt bine și sunt foarte încrezător în tot ceea ce am de făcut în perioada următoare”, a transmis Horia Colibășanu.

Acestea sunt ultimele zile în care cei de acasă mai pot afla informații despre Horia via Internet. Pe această cale, Horia a transmis câteva imagini în care ne arată că a participat la ceremonia religioasă Puja, în cadrul căreia cei care vor să fie acceptați de munte pentru ascensiune se roagă și primesc binecuvântarea zeilor. Ceremonia este una în care se amintește despre umilință, despre puterea naturii și despre faptul că omul nu deține și nu stăpânește nimic, el este parte din natură și trebuie să o accepte, să o asculte și să fie modest în obiectivele sale.

În următoarele zile, Horia rămâne în tabăra de bază. În această zonă face drumeții lungi, pe munte, pentru antrenament și aclimatizare cât mai bună. La începutul săptămânii viitoare se pregătește să plece în tabăra de bază avansată unde va pregăti detaliile expediției.

Tot în următoarele zile, în tabăra de bază va sosi și partenerul de expediție al lui Horia, Ralf Dujmovits.

Horia Colibășanu este susținut pentru această expediție de Timișoreana, Poka, Mercedes-Benz România, FAN Courier, Primăria Municipiului Timișoara, AD Auto Total și Sanovita.

Ascensiunea pe Everest este un proiect al Clubului Sportiv Alternative Timișoara, în care Colibășanu are calitate de membru. Clubul este afiliat la Federația Română de Alpinism și Escaladă care susține această expediție, conform unui calendar sportiv internațional.
